Nominations Open for the 2026 Rising Star Award CALA co-hosted by ISHC and the Hotel Investment Group by Northstar to be presented at ALIS CALA

Miami — The International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) and the Hotel Investment Group by Northstar have opened nominations for the prestigious 2026 Rising Star Award CALA to be presented at the Americas Lodging Investment Summit Caribbean and Latin America (ALIS CALA). This is the 16th year ISHC and the Hotel Investment Group by Northstar have collaborated to recognize emerging, talented leadership in the Caribbean and Latin American regions.

Candidates must meet the following criteria and will be evaluated on three key categories – Achievement, Impact, and Recommendation:

• 35 years of age or younger, born on or after April 20, 1990;
• Is currently, and has been, working in a hospitality-related field;
• Is recognized by leaders in the hospitality field as a rising star; and
• Is currently living and working in the Caribbean or Latin America with a minimum of two years’ experience in the market
