Now Accepting Nominations for the 2026 Young Leader Award at Questex’s IHIF EMEA

Berlin, Germany — The International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC) is now accepting nominations for the Young Leader Award to be presented at Questex’s International Hospitality Investment Forum Europe, Middle East, and Asia (IHIF EMEA) in Berlin, Germany 23 – 25 March 2026.

The Young Leader Award was established by ISHC and IHIF EMEA in 2009 to recognize and celebrate the excellence of young emerging leaders in the hospitality industry. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Thirty-five years of age or younger, born on or after 1 April 1991;
• Currently works for or directly within the hospitality sector;
• Is recognized by peers and industry members as an emerging leader for the hospitality industry;
• Whose contributions are already making an impact on the hospitality industry

The deadline for submissions is on or before midnight GMT 2 February 2026 for consideration.

Please note that all candidates need to be nominated by a sponsor from within their organization or by someone with direct work experience with the nominee.
