• Light over matter, using projection mapping to create immersive winter atmospheres without physical waste.

Waste Reduction by Design

• Root-to-Shoot Galas: Designing festive menus where every part of the ingredient is used, drastically cutting food waste.
• Digital > Physical: Why wrap cheap plastic amenities? Let's switch to digital experiences (spa credits, local tours) or zero-waste, edible gifts.

Guest Interaction & Shared Values Guests

• Introduce a “Green Gift” option, allowing guests to opt out of housekeeping in exchange for a donation to a local charity.
• Program interactive workshops (upcycling, sustainable cooking) as part of the holiday activities calendar.
