THE CHALLENGE

As part of its partnership with Cendyn, La Chambre du Marais launched Google Performance Max for travel goals (PMTG) campaigns through the Cendyn Digital Marketing Platform (DMP), with the strategic objective of generating high-quality conversions while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

By leveraging the advanced capabilities of the Cendyn DMP and the AI-powered targeting and automation of Google PMTG, the property aimed to reach high-intent travelers at the right time and across the right channels. The goal was to boost online visibility and drive stronger performance for direct bookings.

THE SOLUTION

To maximize the effectiveness of its Google PMTG campaigns, La Chambre du Marais relied on the Cendyn DMP to implement granular language segmentation, allowing messaging to be tailored precisely for each audience.

THE RESULTS

Thanks to the Performance Max for travel goals campaigns launched via the Cendyn DMP, La Chambre du Marais achieved exceptional results—far surpassing hospitality industry benchmarks.

Between October 2024 and May 2025, the campaigns delivered a remarkable 4.43% conversion rate (compared to an industry average of about 2%) and an outstanding 51.45x ROAS (with typical averages around 10x). The campaigns generated over 88,000 impressions, 5,693 clicks, and 252 conversions.
