Das Webinar findet am Mittwoch, den 25. Februar, um 9:00 Uhr CET statt; die Teilnahme ist kostenlos.

Zunächst präsentiert Luisa Russell, Associate Director bei HVS, einen Überblick über den deutschen Hotelmarkt, gefolgt von einem Vortrag über Leistungstrends im Hotelgewerbe von Denise Seeholzer, Business Development bei STR.

Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf den deutschen Hotels im Kontext des europäischen Hotelmarktes. Anschließend werden die wichtigsten Städte analysiert, mit Fokus auf Performance, Transaktionen, Werte, Entwicklung und Investitionen. Zum Schluss folgen Einschätzungen darüber, wohin sich die Performance im Jahr 2026 entwickeln dürfte.

Abschließend folgt eine lebhafte Podiumsdiskussion, moderiert von Jürgen Schlinkmann, Counsel bei Bird & Bird in München, mit sechs renommierten Experten:
