HI Design is a series of high-level, business-focused forums dedicated to hotel interior design, with editions in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Across three immersive days, each event brings together senior hotel groups, interior designers, architects, procurement specialists and developers who are actively working on confirmed hospitality projects in their region, and connects them with a carefully selected group of FF&E suppliers ready to deliver. 

The format blends pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings, curated product showcases, networking functions and a focused seminar programme, all designed to maximise meaningful conversations and long-term partnerships. Attendance on the supplier side is deliberately limited, ensuring quality time with key decision makers and a relaxed, informal atmosphere that encourages real dialogue rather than a traditional trade show feel.
