You can now ask MARA any content-related question about your reviews - for example:"What suggestions do guests have for our breakfast?" or "Do guests like our self check-in?" MARA will scan all reviews and return clear, actionable answers.
📊 Subcategories & Impact Score
Our analysis now shows even more precisely how different areas of the guest experience impact your rating - with new subcategories and an Impact Score that highlights where you're gaining or losing stars at a glance.
