Calling all humans.... The spirit of revolution, of things changing, of an old order passing, is in the air. It's time for humans working in travel to unleash their superpowers to be more personal, authentic and imaginative in the age of AI, to earn and keep customer trust, and to learn from the age of scarcity to do more with less. We need to push technology rather than let it push us, and to make soulful technology that fuses the best of human and machine capabilities. Just as the technological revolution has begun, it's time for a human revolution that emphasizes the unique qualities of humanity, such as creativity, empathy, and diverse views, to direct technology for the benefit of all involved in the travel industry. It's time for humans to harness the power of technology for the greater good of travel.
