We have just witnessed the largest and least anticipated crisis to hit the world in our lifetime. As the pandemic swept the globe with speed, the resulting impact on travel was catastrophic. Seemingly overnight, lockdowns and quarantine restrictions became a way of life. Airports sat eerily empty. Hotels were forced to adopt new policies and procedures as we embraced social distancing. We had not seen anything like this.

Despite all this, the hospitality industry and the revenue management function displayed unwavering resilience as we worked to adapt and make sense of what was happening. Long-term, commercial strategies made way for knee jerk responses to the ever changing political, economic, and social landscape. For all, it has brought challenges we could never have imagined.

As we emerge from the chaos and uncertainty that has defined COVID-19 19's impact on the industry, never before has the requirement to unify, take stock, review and reflect on revenue management been so important.

Leadership from Chaos' will see three of Europe's most respected revenue management conferences come together for one exclusive day. The unique event, on October 12th 2021, is driven by the desire and commitment to unify and support the revenue management community as we emerge from these most turbulent of times.

Revenue by Design, behind the annual London based 'Opportunity' conferences, Taktikon, the organisers of the Nordic based 'Revenue Forum' events & webinars, and Italy's 'Hotel Revenue Forum' are working to bring together the largest gathering of revenue and commercial managers globally.. On 12th October 2021, three events, staged in London, Rimini and Stockholm, will be staged simultaneously with the best of each event livestreamed online to expand our global reach.
