Wayaj participates in Climate Week New York for the second year with "Responsible Travel Makers - Climate Week Edition", three live panels that bring together international leaders in sustainable tourism to discuss the challenges and solutions of the industry during the current climate crisis.

The panels will take place on September 22nd, 23rd and 24th from 8.00 a.m to 8.30 am EDT, and they will be in the format of informal morning chats between sustainability experts and industry professionals.

Each discussion is going to explore the relationship between climate change and different aspects of tourism while highlighting what travelers, as well as travel professionals, can do to reduce and reverse the negative consequences of pollution and global climate change.

This topic is especially current because the travel industry has been deeply affected by the worldwide travel bans, and many industry insiders would like to take this opportunity to rebuild the industry on more sustainable premises.

Today's topic: Introduction to the human impact involved in climate change and specifically through tourism.
